Header Transport
We have a few different models available. Our first is the “3600 S”. It has a “solid” axle . The second model is the “3600 T”. It comes with a 6000 # rubber ride suspension axle and radial tires. For convenience we have available several different saddles to suit your header. Our final model is the “3600 TBL”. It comes equipped with the rubber ride suspension axle, brakes on both radial tires, and lights. It is also available with the different saddles.
Currently, our most popular model is the “3600 S”, although more folks are realizing the benefits of the “3600 T” due to the more secure ride. Our model with brakes and lights is gaining more popularity due to the laws enforced upon dealers and custom operators. Even larger farmers are starting to look closer at the “brakes & lights” model because it provides greater “peace of mind” by giving them; more control with the use of the brakes, greater chance of avoiding an accident because of the increased visibility from the lights, and the better protection to their header .

BERGEN has designed a heavy 8 x 8 square tube frame that is adjustable to fit any combine header or flex header up to 36 feet. The Transport is rugged enough to support weights up to 6000 lbs. The rock solid brackets allow for adjustments in height to be made. The axle and Header brackets easily adapt to fit your header.
In the BERGEN tradition, the Transport is durable and sturdy, with an extra heavy clevis hitch. Additional features include a gated entry at the rear for the storage of extra cutter bars. The 225/ 75 R15 radial tires work in conjunction with the torsion bar Torflex axle for an extra smooth ride. For peace of mind,
